The owner, Agnès Guiot selects produce from local growers and farmers and always according to the season. The menu thus changes with the seasons and you’ll have the pleasure of tasting wines from Bordeaux vineyards. Dining room service or served in your room, according to your wishes, the epitome of elegance with Dibbern German porcelain dishes, crystal glasses and silver cutlery. The jam spoons were especially designed by Blue Leaves.
