Restaurant "La Côte d'Or"

For more than thirty years, Patrick BERTRON is the chef of the gastronomic restaurant La Cote d'Or. After conquering the 3rd star as the sous-chef alongside Bernard Loiseau, he is the only master of the kitchen since 2003. He imposes his creative style, drawing largely his inspiration from the treasures Burgundy and morvandiau terroir. The restaurant, with it's panoramic views over the gardens and ground, comprises three dining rooms.

The wine cellar

The restaurant at Relais Bernard Loiseau boasts one of the finest wine cellars in Burgundy (15 000 bottles, or 900 different labels), which is managed by Executive Sommelier Eric Goettelmann. He was named best sommelier in Burgundy in 2004, 2006 and 2008. He was named best sommelier of the year in 2006 by Le Chef magazine, by a jury of 80, and then again in 2010 by the Guide Champérard.

With 1,500 m² and 10 booths space devoted to well-being, Loiseau des Sens is a spa unique of it's kind, in harmony with the spirit and the atmosphere that characterise the Maison Bernard Loiseau. After having won the European Spa of the year 2018 at the EGAST show in Strasbourg, then, the Jury prize of the Gala Spa Awards 2019, the Spa Loiseau des Sens has received a new distinction: the prestigious Label Spa-A.
