La Cantina has an evocative setting with a relaxed atmosphere. The XIII century wine cellar of Castel Monastero has maintained its original characteristic with vaulted ceiling, exposed brick and original terracotta floor with barrels from XVII century here and there that will take you back in time. The dishes are eternal masterpieces of unique Italian tradition and the wine list is extraordinary.

Gastronomy

“La Contrada” is Castel Monastero’s gourmet restaurant. Facing the piazza, true to the most authentic Italian tradition, still maintaining the rustic vibe mixed to contemporary spirit that is found for example in the original drawings of the local fauna on the walls. The restaurant has been divided into small rooms to ensure privacy for those who want to celebrate a private event or a more intimate and romantic candlelit dinner. During the summer, the Guests of the La Contrada restaurant can enjoy the dinner in the main square.

"Aquae Monasteri" course with its high saline density sea oil pool, designed exclusively for our spa by the medical team of Thalasso del Forte.
