Restaurant “La Table de mon père”
The restaurant evokes nostalgic French cuisine, elevated by Chef Nicolas Le Luyer. Inspired by Breton traditions, it offers refined dishes in a chic, relaxed setting with coastal views, celebrating local produce with finesse.

About the chef

Born in Guingamp, Nicolas Le Luyer is deeply rooted in Breton culture. Since joining Castel in 2013, he has highlighted the finest local produce in his cuisine. Trained in Saint-Quay-Portrieux and experienced across Trégor, he expertly showcases land and sea ingredients in his dishes.

Bistro

Chef Nicolas Le Luyer presents a light and fresh menu crafted entirely from locally sourced ingredients, perfect for a simply delicious lunch. Guests can enjoy salads, oysters from Trégor, cheeses from Maison Bordier, fresh seafood, and more, served either on the terrace or in the elegant dining room, every day of the week.

The bar

The bar, opposite the reception, offers a relaxing spot with stunning sea views. Guests can enjoy drinks while perched on wicker stools, taking in the beach at the hotel’s doorstep. With over 40 grand crus of Champagne, it boasts one of the finest cellars on the Pink Granite Coast.
