Step into this cozy Apulian farmhouse restored to become a five-star paradise for country lovers and food enthusiasts. Set amidst the lush and iconic Valle d’Itria, this splendid Villa features a heated swimming pool, 11 Trulli, an organic Olive farm and attentively furnished interiors. The home mixes designer furniture and restored elements with the original features that this property holds, resulting in an minimalist style with high-quality local stone mixed with pristine white plaster.

Accommodation at this villa is spread over the main house on one side and restored sets of trulli on the other. Both sections feature a light and airy feel and both are furnished with considerable style and attention to detail. 

The entrance of the main house opens into a living space with vaulted stone ceilings. This cozy and warm space features design pieces and comfy sofas as well as  a little study. A door to the left leads to the little secondary kitchen, which offers a fire place and comfortable sitting area furnished with tasteful  decor.

The main double bedroom (which features 3 Trulli and a truly generous bathtub!) is accessed either from the outside or via a corridor leading from the little kitchen. There are  two other bedrooms, both double, that are accessed from the living area. All three bedrooms have beautifully finished en-suite bathrooms with generous showers and soft lighting throughout.
 

The set of trulli is linked to the main house and sits next to the main kitchen lamia. This is similar in style and layout to the main house.
 An independent outdoor staircase leads from this area to the upper floor, an independent terrace which features a smaller suite with single beds and with en-suite shower room. The views from up here are definitely worth the climb as they sweep over Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino as well!

And then there is “The Kitchen”! This is a fully equipped joyful space where life mostly takes place at this villa. This wonderful space is located next to the Trulli section and carries a beautiful indoor and outdoor area where unforgettable dinnerstake place. Mamas and grandmamas are just around the corner and will prepare  daily breakfast or evening meals on request. What magical moments they have shared with our guests over the years!

This villa sits at the centre of a 3,5 hectare olive and fruit estate with a little garden of fresh vegetables and a small wooded section on its opposite corners. This lofty position affords guests not only sweeping 360-degree vistas of the Valle d’Itria’s wooded hills but total privacy too. 

The house is set amongst a large expanse of manicured lawns, which are crisscrossed by paths, peppered with olive trees, and delimited by collections of stone-flagged walls.



Apart from its unique collection of Trulli, this villa’s other unique features include  its heated pool, generous lounge area set across the main house,  a comfortably furnished sitting area and a dreamy al fresco dining area served by a barbecue zone (one is equipped with a professional standard gas stove and a sink, the other with a traditional wood-burning barbecue).
